WHAT IS CAREER MENTORING?

Career mentoring and coaching offers on-one career advice sessions with experienced career experts. Our coaches are subject-matter and industry experts, founders and entrepreneurs, career coaches, recruiters, HR, talent and learning professionals passionate about helping you fulfill your career aspirations.

WHY SHOULD I GET A MENTOR?

If you've ever had questions about a job search, career transition, salary negotiations or how to get ahead in your career, then a career coach is just the ticket for you. Hiring a coach sets you on the path you are dreaming of, with expert advice and guidance along the way.

WHAT CAREER TOPICS ARE COVERED?

It's up to you! Our career coaches offer advice and guidance tailored to your individual needs. All of our coaches are experts on a wide range of topics to give the help you need.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Peruse our list of coaches and match your needs with their expertise. Getting started is easy - Book a session, provide some information on your needs, select the number of sessions you want and your coach will reach out within 24 hours to schedule. Sessions are held by phone or online meeting.

HOW DO I SELECT A MENTOR COACH?

Each of our coaches is an expert in a wide range of topics. Select a coach whose background best fits the industry or expertise you need based on what you're currently doing now or what you want to do in the future.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Each session is a little different depending on your goals. It's a learning experience and the more you prepare, the better the result. Your coach may also give you some "homework" in between sessions so be prepared to set clear learning goals with your coach and make tangible progress after each session. HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?

Note two to three learning goals or career aspirations you have in mind. If you're not exactly sure then think of a broad category such as "making a career transition", "professional branding" or finding the next great dream job!

HOW ARE MENTOR COACHES SELECTED?

Each coach is hand selected based on therir expertise and coaching abilities. Our mentors and caoches are made up of highly talented industry experts, entrepreneurrs, HR pros, recruiters, leanring profesionals and leaders in talent development.

HOW ARE THE RATES SET?

Our mentors set their own rates based on their level of experience, expertise and professional training.

WHAT IF I DON'T LOVE THE RESULTS?

We trust that our mentors can help you achieve your career goals but can't make specific guarantees. If you don't have a great experience we'll work with you to make it right. Read our blog post "What Does a Career Coach Do (exactly)?"

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our mentors reserve time just for you so we ask that give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
